Summer Skills Camps will provide fun, level appropriate, soccer activities for boys and girls designed to make each player more comfortable on the ball.  Focus each night will be on:

  1. Ball Mastery (dribbling, passing, turning, ball control & shooting)
  2. 1v1 skills (1v1) (2v2) (3v3) 
  3. Dynamic Shooting and Finishing within
  4. Dutch-style sided games

Activities will develop soccer skills, promote cooperation and teamwork, and help all kids improve and enjoy soccer.


Fee:  $65 per Session or $110 for both sessions

Refund Policy for Summer Skills are as follows:

  • More than 7 days before the start of the session = 75% refund
  • 7-3 days before the start of the session = 50% refund
  • 2 days or less before the start of the session = 25% refund
  • After session has started = no refund

Description:

This camp will incorporate position specific techniques designed to help both outfield players and goalkeepers.  Players will become more comfortable in front of and around the goal through a high number of goal scoring repetitions from a wide variety of situations.  Goalkeepers will work on balance, footwork, and various types of catches, distribution, shot stopping, and positioning among other techniques.  Attackers will learn proper technique for striking the ball for power, finesse shots, bending the ball, chipping, balance, accuracy, and much more.  Each session will combine the groups at the end of each session.

Arkansas United Soccer Club formerly known as Little Rock Futbol Club has been a 501c3 nonprofit youth organization serving our community since 1980. Our principal mission is the promotion of youth soccer.
